- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing and e-commerce marketing.
Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC products, including central air conditioning systems, VRF Systems, Chillers, Packaged-Type Air Conditioners, and Split-Type Air Conditioners.
- Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to generate inquiries and secure projects.
- Study tender documents and BOQs to understand project requirements and coordinate with the engineering team for technical inputs.
- Coordinate in the preparation and submission of commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with the engineering department.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients to explain system features, benefits, and compliance with project specifications.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals to negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize sales orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets as per company policy.
- Collect, analyze, and regularly update market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and upcoming or potential projects.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments—Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Project Teams—to ensure smooth order execution, accurate documentation, and timely delivery.
- Ensure all required documentation, including work orders, contracts, client approvals, technical confirmations, and agreed payment terms, is completed before order confirmation.
- Monitor client payment status and actively support the Accounts/ Finance team in ensuring timely collection in accordance with agreed contractual terms.
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, coordination meetings, and project review sessions as required to support sales and project execution activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and sales status.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and professional conduct at all times.
- Carry out any other sales-related or business development responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
